Our Trade Customer Care Process
  1. All our kitchens are covered by our 2 year manufacturer warrantee
  2. Warrantee runs from either move in of client date or 6 months from site completion which ever is the sooner
  3. Please ensure all details are completed so as not to delay call out of engineer
  4. We aim to respond to all service calls the same day if not the next working day
